Art Created From My Heart
Hello there!
I’m so glad you’re here. Perhaps it was destiny that brought you here today.
I’m a wife and mum to three amazing grown humans and their families, plus dog mum to two fur babies — my faithful studio companions, Mr Puddington (aka Pud or Puddy Poo) and Bella (aka Honey Bee/Bella Boo).
For the past eight years, art has been my way of capturing what has been placed on my heart — visions, dreams, glimpses of heaven, and the occasional prophetic whisper. Every piece I create is inspired by the beauty and wonder of nature and, ultimately, by the greatest Creator of all.
My painting journey began during one of the most painful seasons of my life. I felt stripped bare of some of the things most precious to me, yet out of that place of brokenness, something beautiful began to emerge on the canvas.
Painting became a source of healing for my own heart and, unexpectedly, began bringing comfort, encouragement, and beauty to others walking through difficult seasons. I haven’t stopped painting since.
As I paint, I spend time praying and worshipping, trusting that each artwork will find its home in the right space, at the right time. My hope is that it brings whatever is needed — healing, comfort, encouragement, hope, peace, or simply a gentle reminder that a new beginning is possible.
Nature is a constant source of inspiration. I’m drawn to the smallest details — colours, textures, markings, and the intricate beauty of botanicals. Leaves, both great and small, are among my favourite things to paint. I love that no two are ever the same, each uniquely designed and wonderfully beautiful.
The flowers in my paintings may resemble those found in nature, but they are entirely my own creations. I especially love adding the tiny details that bring them to life.
Many of my collections are created in what I call “Chapters” — groups of paintings that reflect the seasons, emotions, and journeys we all walk through. Each Chapter is connected through colour, theme, or story, inviting you to discover the piece that speaks to your own season.
One of my greatest joys is knowing that my artwork becomes part of someone else’s story. Once a piece leaves my studio and enters your home, it is no longer just my story — it’s yours.
I intentionally leave much of the interpretation open because art speaks differently to each person. What brings comfort or healing to one heart may speak something entirely different to another.
Over the years, I’ve often heard:
“I feel a sense of heaven when I look at your paintings.”
and
“Your artwork brings me peace and calm when my heart is troubled.”
It has been such a privilege to know that my paintings have found homes in chemotherapy recovery spaces, homes experiencing new beginnings after grief, and quiet corners where healing, peace, and hope are needed most.
Thank you for stopping by and allowing me to share a little piece of my heart with you.
My prayer is that, as you explore these collections, you find something that speaks gently to yours.
Much love,
Christine-Ruth
FROM MY HEART TO YOURS.

My Studio

When I'm not painting in my sunlit Australian studio, I'm wandering botanical gardens, sketching native flora, or sipping tea. I believe art is a lived experience of gratitude, designed to bring hope, peace, and quiet joy into everyday moments.
